Required Information for Freshdesk Integration


Where do I find these?

  1. Login to your Freshdesk helpdesk as an administrator 
  2. Click on your Profile Picture on the top right and select "Profile Settings"

  3. In the sidebar on the right, you will find the API Key

  4. Copy-paste this API key in the SaaS Manager application
