Required Information for Freshdesk Integration
Where do I find these?
- Login to your Freshdesk helpdesk as an administrator
- Click on your Profile Picture on the top right and select "Profile Settings"
- In the sidebar on the right, you will find the API Key
- Copy-paste this API key in the SaaS Manager application
